Chunky Black Booties: Current Fashion Obsession

Black Bootie Life

Hey there! So, black booties. Where to begin?! I have seen all sorts of styles of black booties around the internet (especially Tumblr, my second home) and have grown a deep love for them. I have started to really grow fond of the chunky heel booties that I honestly thought were so ugly before...LOL. Some, I will admit, think are still ugly but the ones above I really love. They are so comfy, versatile, and work for all seasons. Check out the different styles and comment below what you think!

Wall Collage Art: Jazz Up Your Wall!

Hello everyone! Long time no post! I'm back with a bang and am really excited about everything new that is going to be on this blog. I'm currently redecorating my room and am excited to share with you this girly collage that I put together on this decent size open all beside my bed. I'm so happy with how it turned out and thought that this could give you some inspiration for your space.

Some of the artwork I did myself. Very inexpensive and the result is stunning! The black and white old fashioned newspaper photos I found at an antique store awhile back. Each print was only $3-4 and come with a few other prints that I didn't put up on the wall. I love how these look on the wall and they are so unique! The small collage on the bottom is of cut-outs of fashion magazines. I just put together different photos that I liked and thought they would look nice with the overall space. The 3D flower pieces are just fake flowers that were really cheap at Michaels that I picked up. I just put them in the 3D case that I got on sale at Michaels and it creates a really fun look!

In the large frame I just painted a quote that I like ("She believed she could, so she did") and framed it! Really cheap and so cute! The black and white sketches of London and Paris I found at Target for $30 bucks each. Those were more expensive but I thought they were so artsy and timeless pieces.

The gold frames I picked up at Michaels on clearance. Each frame was only between $4-$8! It really was a steal! See, you really can make something so cute for cheap if you just get creative with it!

The next step for me is to put up some gray curtains above my bed. You'll see that in another post soon!
